The Tyrrell P34-2 wrote motorsport history in 1977 as the first and only six-wheel racing car in Formula 1. The innovative construction with four small front wheels should reduce air resistance and at the same time increase braking strength and traction. The P34-2 reached several podium places among the pilots Patrick Dipiller and Ronnie Peterson. His unique construction still makes him one of the most fascinating racing cars ever.
