Refund policy
Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund for change of mind or double up on purchases.
All items are inspected prior to shipment. If the postal / courier service has damaged your item we will endeavour to replace / refund the item as quickly as possible.
Once you have made contact with Andrew's Hobbies to notify of any issues and an agreement has been made, all damaged items are to be returned to Andrew's Hobbies at your expense.
Replacement items will then be sent out free of postage charges.
