The Atlas Water Tank has been patterned after a tank that served Pennsy engines at North Madison, Indiana. However, it will look at home on your pike no matter which prototype road you favor. With the exception of the size and minor details, most wooden water tanks look a good bit alike, yet amazingly enough it seems that no two water tanks on any railroad were exactly alike, except perhaps in those instances where a railroad found it necessary to erect several tanks side by side.
